Bar Charts 
Bar charts are one of the simplest methods of presenting information.
When creating a bar chart here are some points to note:
The bars must be the same thickness.
The quantity is represented by the height of the bar.

Pie Charts 
A Pie Chart is a circular diagram which shows how a quantity is divided. It can give a good visual of how money is spent on items as shown opposite. 
The Pie represents the whole circle.
Each quantity is shown as a sector.

Practice completing these worksheets and then check your work against the answer sheet provided. Remember that you are trying to learn the method for solving each question so marks are awarded for attempt and correct method.
